Rosemary Duffy June 19, 1926 - May 20, 2013 Rosemary Duffy was born in Indianola, Pennsylvania on June 19th, 1926. She was the fourth of seven children born to her parents, Bert and Erminia Ruggieri, who immigrated from Italy. Rosemary graduated from her high school in 1943 and was trained by the FBI as a fingerprint technician.
