PEORIA - Joseph O. Dean, Jr., age 80, formerly of Peoria, passed away peacefully at his home in Rhinelander, Wis., on June 12, 2013. He was born in Richmond, Va., on July 21, 1932, son of the late Joseph O. Dean, Sr., M.D., and Amy Howell Dean.
