BARR, David Ross, was born August 21, 1932 in Madison Wisconsin to Glenn and Marcelle Barr. The family lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Montevideo, Uruguay; and Oxford, Ohio. He graduated from Oxford McGuffey High School in 1950. He then attended Miami University in Oxford, graduating with a BA, MA, and later a MS degree.
