WALTERS , Dr. Roger John On May 9, Dr. Roger John Walters, after a long and courageous battle, succumbed to a Parkinson's related disease. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Helen; two children, Vanessa and Matthew; and brother, David. Born in London, June 13, 1939, he moved to NYC, attending Hunter College.
