Otto Carl Mosch III, 45, passed away on May 19, 2013. He was born January 30, 1968 in Coudersport, PA, the son of Carl and Linda (Glassmire) Mosch. He graduated from Blaine High School, Blaine, MN. Otto joined the U.S. Navy in 1987, serving two years on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN 69. He attended Anoka Hennepin Community College and the University of Minnesota.
