Dianne Lynn Cooperman Obituary

Cooperman, Dianne Lynn Age 68, of New Hope, passed away November 24. Preceded in death by parents, Harry Besikof and Ruth Bublitz; brother, Michael Besikof. Survived by her husband, Larry Cooperman; daughters, Stacie Nabedrick (Joe), Hilary Cooperman (Paolo Castellano), Melanie Cooperman (Allan Staples), and Elizabeth Cooperman; grandchildren, Lucy and Cassidy Nabedrick, and Giancarlo and Tessla Castellano; brother, James Besikof (Doris); and many nieces and nephews. Dianne graduated with a bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Minnesota. She volunteered for many organizations, including serving as co-director of the AFFIRM (Adolescent Females Finding Identity, Respect and Merit) program founded by the National Council of Jewish Women. Her warmth, charm, and wisdom brightened the lives of those around her. Memorials preferred to Jewish Family and Children's Services. Funeral services WEDNESDAY, 11:00 AM at TEMPLE ISRAEL, 2324 Emerson Ave. S., Minneapolis. SHIVA, 6:30 PM, Wednesday at Temple Israel and Thursday at the Cooperman residence.
