Richard F. Stuck Obituary

Stuck, Richard F. age 86, of Minnetonka, passed away July 16, 2013 after a long illness. Dick is survived by Vivian, beloved wife of 60 years; daughters, Susan Stuck of Charlotte, Vermont and Mary (Stuart) Lovejoy of Flagstaff, Arizona; brother, Charles (Marilyn) Stuck of Nisswa; grandchildren, Alison and Stephanie Newman, and Eric, Aaron and Emily Lovejoy. Also survived by many relatives and friends. Dick was born on September 1, 1926 in St. Paul. He graduated from St. Louis Park High School and the University of Minnesota with a degree in journalism. His career in journalism, illustration, radio and television, graphic arts, creative direction, advertising and public relations spanned more than five decades. Dick lived life to its fullest. He loved painting, reading, listening to music, fishing, birding, traveling to Paris and the Southwest, and bragging about his grandchildren. He was a Twins fan since 1961. A celebration of Dick's life will be held Monday, July 22 at 1:00 PM at Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church, 511 Groveland Ave., Mpls., MN 55403.
