William D. Bailey, Jr. "Pop Pop" Age 76, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 21, 2012 at the Heartland Hospice House surrounded by his family. Born in Newburgh, NY, Bill was the son of the late Rose (Moran) and William D. Bailey, Sr. He was a 1952 graduate of Salesianum School, a 1956 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and a 1959 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.
