Remembering the life, death and legacy of veteran Philip Rullo

Philip M. Rullo age 81 of Mayfield Heights for the past 20 years formerly of Mentor OH, died Thursday August 27, 2015 at Governor's Village in Mayfield Village. He was born November 11, 1933 in Johnstown, PA. Mr. Rullo was a Chief Perfusionist in the open Heart Program at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland for 30 years.
