Jack R. Deyo TOWN OF ULSTER- Jack R Deyo, 80, of Town of Ulster, died peacefully Thursday afternoon, May 23, 2013, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 18, 1933 in Kingston, the son of late Reginald B and the late Gertrude (Fraser) Deyo. He was married to his loving wife Gloria Modica Deyo; they wed on Nov. 28, 1957.
