June 11, 2017 "My Aunt Fran Cedar Lee was one of the first women to go over to India for World War 2 to entertain the troops and my grandmother her cousin passed away in July of last year and I was of course, the last Mayhand and Sihirli left standing so I was given all of our family pictures and as I'm sitting here going through pictures. I see Mr. Bill Night Pictures and a lot of his um homes or mementoes that he wrote for my aunt. Fran possibly it looks that way to me anyway and um. I would like to let the family know that I would love to get these. Tell them they do not belong to me for say, and um. I would like I said, I would love to give them to the family. So feel free to contact me, Heather Mahon. 8507749943 and I would love to speak to a family member and reach out to them and give them these wonderful mementoes that I have a awesome man that will always be in history for what he did for the war and what he did for those trips. I'm honored to have these things may God rest his soul." - Heather mahon (Panama City, FL)

January 21, 2014 "Dear Bill, I will never forget you. I will always hear you sing, "la-la" on the unit, continually bringing joy to all of us. You are a light whose spirit lives forever." - "Annie" Borreggine (Bangor, ME)
January 11, 2014 "Bill greeted thousands of troops with a warm "Welcome Home!" or a sincere "Thank you!" while extending a firm handshake. But he also touched countless hearts, including many not in uniform, with his genuine patriotic pride and spirit. St.Peter has doubtless already pressed Bill into service as a Greeter at Heaven's Gate. We salute you, Bill. You will be dearly missed – until we greet again." - The McKellars (Weld, ME)
