Charles Daniel "Chuck" Stout Obituary


Charles "Chuck" Daniel Stout, 53, of Sheridan passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at the Sheridan VA.
Chuck was born January 25th, 1961 in Winchester, Virginia to Lottie Mae Howlett and Charles Owen Stout. He served in the United States Navy as a satellite electronics technician from 1979 to 1991, including service in the Gulf War before being honorably discharged. On June 8th, 2001 he married Linda Gail Perkins of Sheridan. Chuck loved calling bingo at the VFW, fixing computers for friends and family, and going to Perkin's for sodas.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and sister Iva Mae (Sissy) Stout. He is survived by his wife Linda Stout, daughters Brooke Stout of Texas, Jennifer Stout of Texas, Rebecca Ward of Maryland, son Jeremy Stout and wife Kelli of Wyoming, sister Linda Williams and husband Pete of North Carolina, and stepchildren Railene Perkins of Arizona, Wacy Jahn of Colorado, Tommy Jahn and wife Nicole of Sheridan, Sara Jahn of Sheridan, and nine grandchildren.
Memorials and donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.  
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Saturday, July 26th, 2014 at the chapel at the Sheridan VA with Chaplain Derek Schultz officiating.
