Frederick Raymond Eberman
Frederick Raymond Eberman, 91, of Ocala, Florida, passed away in Florida, on Tuesday, January 15, 2013.
Fred was born to Walter Eberman and Blanche Tryon Eberman in Miami, Florida, on April 20, 1921. He served his country during World War II in the Unites States Army; attended Kent State University; retired from the United States Postal Service; was a member of Ocala West United Methodist Church, the V.F.W. and enjoyed golf, swimming and football. Surviving Mr. Eberman is his wife, Maureen Eberman of Ocala, Florida; his children, Rebecca Ramey of Culpeper, Virginia, Thomas Eberman of Washington, Virginia, and Peggy Evans, her husband, John, and their son, Jake, of Manassas, Virginia; his siblings, Nancy Blurton of Naples, Florida, and Rose Booth of Dunedin, Florida; and six step-children, Curtis, Jacqueline, Gary, Trevor, David, and Neil.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Viola Eberman; his grandson, Tony Ellis; and his sister, Jean Ferdandez. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home, 12 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2013, conducted by Pastor Norma Jean Fellows. Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, U.S. Avenue. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time.
