Brian A. Hilburn SPARTANBURG, SC-- Brian A. Hilburn, 67, of Spartanburg, SC, died May 15, 2013 at his home. Born May 22, 1945, in Miami, Fla., he was the son of Edith Hudspeth Waters and the late Fernie Alton Hilburn. Mr. Hilburn was a retired Marketing Analyst for Milliken & Company and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
