Steven Charles Bard Steven Charles Bard, 59, of Evansdale Iowa (formerly of Shelton WA), died Monday, April 8, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo Iowa. He was born August 12, 1953 in Waterloo, son of Merle and Donna (Lampert) Bard. He married Mary Chapman on June 21, 1997 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA.
