Richard J. Clendenning, 63 Richard J. Clendenning, 63, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, May 20, 2013 at Signature Health Care at Parkwood in Lebanon. He was born June 12, 1949 in Frankfort, the son of John and Opal (Reichart) Clendenning. In 1968, Richard graduated from Clinton Prairie High School.
