Theordore Ross "Ted" Gallihugh Obituary

Theordore Ross "Ted" Gallihugh Theordore Ross "Ted" Gallihugh, 66, of Madison, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2012, at the Culpeper Regional Hospital.

He was born on January 16, 1946, in Loudon County, Virginia, a son of the late John Gallihugh and Nellie Myrtle Robinson Gallihugh. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Welby Rae, Gene Paul and Donald Lee Gallihugh. Ted was a United States Marine veteran of the Vietnam War and received a purple heart. He is survived by two sons, Eric Gallihugh of Madison and Richard Gallihugh of Orange; two brothers, Wilson Gallihugh of Reva and Milton Gallihugh of Wolftown; and a sister, Sylvia Aylor Yowell of Madison. A graveside memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Culpeper National Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Henry Daniel Aylor. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison.
