Guest Book Highlights

September 21, 2014 "To the Gerald Wilson family and fans:

Just recently heard about the end of this long and beautiful life on our local public radio jazz show. Great memories of the Lighthouse, CalState LA, and those amazing Pacific Jazz albums with the Latin influences. Even as a teenager I was struck by his unique conducting style.

And, man, did he always look cool!

He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

Viva Gerald!" - Bill Wray (Framingham, MA)

September 15, 2014 "Wow!!! What a legacy to leave behind. I am so honored to learn of Gerald Wilson's life story. He must have lived a respectable life to have lived so long. He must have been a model husband and father to have a family remain by his side to the end. It does my heart much good to have learned of Mr. Wilson's love for Jazz and of his many, many accomplishments. Surely such a man is precious in God's eyes. May this family find much comfort through prayer. (James 4:8)" - Raynell and Brenda (FL)
