DONATI, Humbert "Bootsie" Ignatius Jr., 92, of Richmond, Va., a WWII veteran, passed and went to heaven to join his Lord, family and friends on Thursday, May 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, H.I. and Marie Loth Donati; as well as his brother, Andrew; sister, Helen; and sister-in-law, Jean Brock Donati. He leaves behind his brother, John L. Donati Sr.; five nieces, one nephew, two grandnieces, three grandnephews, four great-nieces and two great-nephews; and friends, including, Lisa Hearl. His loves were music, opera, Broadway, movies, travel and family. He was a member of the Giuseppe Verdi Lodge, of the Sons of Italy. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Bliley's - Central, 3801 Augusta Ave. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Donations in honor of Bootsie can be made to the charity of one's choice. Bootsie loved his full life.
