BAUMGARDNER, James H., 95, of Richmond, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Alma H. Baumgardner; and grandson, Kevin S. Spicer. He is survived by his daughters, Clara Spicer, Lynn Beville, Jan Johnston and Dawn Baumgardner and her partner, Cathy Foringer; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Baumgardner was a World War II Army veteran, and a retired employee of C&O Railroad. The family will receive friends 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad St. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, at Westhampton Memorial Park.
