WWI Memorial Site: Notable Deaths & Obituaries

During the first World War, more than 70 million individuals fought for their countries. Between 1917 when America entered the conflict and the war's end in 1918, over four million U.S. troops served overseas and more than 100,000 Americans lost their lives. Today there is only one known living American veteran of World War I. This site was created to pay tribute to all the brave men and women who served in WWI.
