"To have lived such a long life and to have been an eyewitness to "The war to end all wars," must have been quite an experience. However, as his daughter said in his obituary, "He was uncomfortable with anything that glorified war," but felt family was the most important thing in his long life. This statement is that of a very courageous man. He came to find his happiness in the peaceful setting of a very loving family. He certainly did have a good finish."

"What a great man is Claude 'Chuckles'Choules. It is a great honor to have his name in my Family Tree. My only wish was that I known of this great man earlier and perhaps could have visit him when I was in OZ several years ago visiting other relatives. We are distant relatives from Sarah Monk marrying William Young Choules in nov.11th 1834.
God Bless all of the Choule family."
