HILL, Thelma Age 86 of Middletown, Ohio passed away June 19, 2005 at Hillspring Healthcare Center in Springboro, Ohio. Thelma was born December 21, 1918 in Jellico, Tennessee. She was a hairdresser for 15 years at McAlpins and was a member of the Miamisburg Nazarene Church. Thelma was preceded in death by first husband Joe Lacefield; second husband Glenmore Hill; brothers Stanley and Charles Tackett; sister Norma Greene; granddaughter Amy Jo Lanier and two great-grandchildren. She is survived by daughter Mary Jo Haddix of Miamisburg, Ohio; son Phil (Jennifer) Lacefield of Middletown, Ohio; five grandchildren Dedra (Scott) Davis, Craig Haddix, Phillip (Sasha) Lacefield Jr., Matthew (Shannon) Lacefield, and Adam Lacefield; eight great grandchildren; and sister Cora Allen of Middletown, Ohio. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 200 5 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home in Middletown, Ohio. Services will be Thursday, June 23, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Miamisburg Church of the Nazarene, 1216 Richard St., Miamisburg, Ohio with Pastor Thomas Clark officiating interment will be at Woodside Cemetery. Baker-Stevens Funeral Home is serving the family.
