Tom & Family, I am so sorry to hear of Barbara's passing. She was a fine woman, so gracious always. She meant a lot to my mother, Joyce Crumpler Gauthier, who worked with her at the phone company, and was a loyal friend. My prayers are with you all.

I cherish the memories of Barbara's sweet smile and love of her family. She loved and cared for my daughter for many years and helped mold her into the lady she became. I am grieving while I reflect upon the wonderful person she was. She was a blessing in my life and I loved her dearly.

Dear Chalk Family,
Mrs. (Barbara) Chalk was the perfect neighbor. She was the kind of neighbor that God wanted us all to be. I will remember her love to my family forever. May God surround her with the flowers and plants that she loved and care for. She had a talant with plants and that was a real gift. Hugs to all of you. With Love, Laurie Russell (Evans) Kemper

We are so sorry for your loss. Even though I never knew Barbara, we would often hear Christy talk about her and how much she loved her. We are praying for you all during this time of sorrow, that Jesus would wrap his arms of love around you.

Tom, Tony and Lisa and family,
I have always loved Barbara. She was a kind and special person to all of us that probably drove her crazy during the high school days!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I'm so sorry to hear of Barbara's death. I have such fond memories of her and the entire family when I was younger and growing up in Cloverdale. She has a special place in my heart for always making me feel welcome in her home. I always felt special when I spoke with her. Love, Lisa

It was my pleasure to meet Barbara and her daughter during hospital visitation before Christmas; we shared about our church, Highland Baptist, and about each other; she blessed me with a nice compliment that I will always remember.
