Georgia (Kyle) Happ of Lockport passed away Saturday evening, November 24, 2007 at Niagara Hospice House.Mrs. Happ was born in McNalls Corners on November 7, 1902; the daughter of George and Ida (Wiseman) Schultz.She and her husband, Francis Kyle, were married in 1930. He predeceased her in 1964 after 34 years of marriage. In 1971 she married Herbert Happ. Mr. Happ predeceased her in 1977. She was also predeceased by two brothers: Clarence and Clifford Schultz.Mrs. Happ had lived in the Town of Royalton most of her life and she enjoyed her family and flower gardening.She is survived by two children: Esther (John) Wekerle of California and Edward (Shirley) Kyle of Appleton. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Ann (Phil) Anderson of Minnesota, Kim (Bob Region) Kyle of Cheektowaga, Ken (Connie) Kyle of Newfane, Sandra (Stan) Podeszek of Appleton, Sue (Wayne) Geist and Kristina (Scott) Jeffords both of Lockport. Also surviving are 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by one stepdaughter, Mary (Collins) Conkling; one step-grandson, Robert Conkling and two step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Friends may call Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Bates, Wallace and Heath Funeral Home, 38 State St., Middleport where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Auernhamer officiating.Burial will be in Royalton Mt. Ridge Cemetery.A Celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Faith Lutheran Church, Newfane.Memorials to Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Drive., Lockport, NY 14094 or Faith Lutheran Church, 2730 Transit Rd., Newfane, NY 14108 would be appreciated by the Happ family.
