Sarah Dyer Obituary
Sarah was born in Sussex on May 6, 1918, the daughter of the late Ernest William and Viola Rutan Dyer. She retired a registered nurse at Horton Memorial Hospital Middletown and was a member and past Elder of First Presbyterian Church, Middletown.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Marjorie Price, Linn Dyer, Joseph Dyer, Etta Terwilliger and Ernest Dyer Jr.
She is survived by her daughter Sharon and her husband, Anthony Perna Sr., of Middletown; two grandchildren, Anthony Perna Jr. and his wife, Michele, of Mountaindale and Tina Sutherland and her husband, Adam, of Ogdensburg; six great-grandchildren, Brian and Ashley Sutherland of Ogdensburg, and Stephanie, Emily, Samantha and Alison Perna of Mountaindale, N.Y.; and two sisters, Evelyn Bell of Beemerville, N.J., and Ruth Blessing of Florida.
Friends are invited to call today, Aug. 28, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Morse Funeral Home Inc., 33 Railroad Ave., Middletown. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 29, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m., in Beemerville Cemetery, Wantage.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Sally...Ya'll will be in our thoughts and prayers.....Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. although it is hard right now, as each day passes the hurt will fade and the seed of love will grow and special moments and memories will remain in your hearts.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I only met Sally once or twice. My sympathies to Ruth Blessing on the loss of her sister and to Sharon on the loss of her mother. The loss of a loved on is great.
