Jean Kent Obituary
Born in Newark, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha Lauz Campbell. She lived in the Paulinskill Lake section of Hampton before moving to Blairstown in 1968. Mrs. Kent was a homemaker and longtime member of the Evangelical Free Church of Blairstown.
Her husband, Howard, died in 1974.
She is survived by a daughter, Susan Phillips of Redmond, Ore.; a son, John Kent of Blairstown; a sister, Marie Geldhaufer of Brick; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 4, at the Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown. A period of visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. For directions to the funeral home, see newbaker.com.
