Dawn Wright Obituary

MILFORD, Pa. - Dawn M. Wright, 62, of Milford, Pa., died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at Newton Memorial Hospital.

Born in Morristown, Mrs. Wright was raised in Morris County, moving to Sussex County in 1972. She had lived in Milford since 2003. She was a former longtime volunteer for the Blue Ridge Rescue Squad and the Stillwater Rescue Squad. She was also a volunteer in the Emergency Room at Newton Memorial Hospital. An avid reader, Mrs. Wright enjoyed bingo and knitting.

The daughter of the late Carl and Marion McConnell Banghart, Mrs. Wright is survived by her husband of 42 years, John F. Wright. She is also survived by three sons, Todd Wright and his wife, Michelle, of Sykesville, Md., Richard Wright and his wife, Ivette, of Stillwater, and Joseph Wright and his wife, Christa, also of Stillwater; five brothers, William Banghart of Stillwater, Tim Banghart and Karl Banghart, both of Boston, Mass., Kurt Arands and John Banghart, both of Milford; and two sisters, Heather Banghart and Joan Hodges, both of Milford.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, at 3:30 p.m. at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton. Visitation will be held Saturday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 669 Littleton Road, Parsippany, N.J. 07054.
