Stopher Bartol

Chief Executive Officer

Bartol oversees management, operations and strategy for Legacy.com, Inc.

Before launching Legacy.com in 1998, Bartol spent 10 years in management consulting with McKinsey & Company.

A native of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Beloit College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Steve Parrott


Parrott oversees operations, content, technology, product development, affiliate sales and marketing for Legacy.com, Inc.

Before joining Legacy.com, Parrott spent 10 years in various roles at CBS Interactive (CNET Networks) including President of their CNET Content Solutions Division and SVP of Sales and Product Marketing for their online properties including cnet.com and cbsnews.com. Prior to CBS, Parrott ran his own consulting company and founded two Internet startup companies.

A native of Newfoundland, Canada, he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and an MBA from the University of Buffalo.

Helene Donahue

Chief Financial Officer

Donahue oversees financial planning and reporting, accounting and human resources for Legacy.com, Inc.

Before joining the Company in October 2007, Donahue operated her own consulting company, Burling Consulting LLC.

She previously served as Vice President, Operations Quality, for GE Capital’s Retailer Financial Services Division, and as Director of Finance for American Express.

A native of New York, Donahue earned her Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University. She also holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Kim Evenson

Chief Marketing Officer

Evenson oversees marketing and analytics for Legacy.com, Inc.

Before joining Legacy.com, Evenson served most recently as CMO of Retrofit and prior to that as SVP of Marketing for eDiets.com. She spent most of her early marketing career at Kraft Foods growing from Assistant Brand Manager to Director of Health & Wellness. Her experience also includes roles at Peapod, Starbucks, H.E. Butt Grocery and consulting for fitness retail, new product development and online marketing.

A native of Park Ridge, Illinois she earned Bachelor’s degrees from Northwestern University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Mark Castrovinci

Chief Technology Officer

Castrovinci oversees Technology for Legacy.com, Inc.Before joining Legacy Castrovinci most recently led the technology organization at Apollo Education Group responsible for student enrollment, scheduling and financial aid as well as shared software platforms, cloud infrastructure and the release automation functions that supported all technology teams. He was the CTO for OLX.com, an international classifieds business based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the VP of Platforms for CBS Interactive and CNET Networks.

A native of New York City, Castrovinci earned degrees from Boston University in Business Administration and Rutgers University in Computer Science.

Paul Roche

Senior Vice President - International
Managing Director iAnnounce

Roche oversees the management of Legacy.com's business outside North America and serves as Managing Director of iAnnounce.

Roche has more than 25 years of experience working in the IT industry, mostly in the U.K. and Ireland. Prior to joining Legacy, he spent 5 years with the global telecommunications company British Telecom. His roles in Dublin, London and Belfast included General Manager for BT Global Services eBusiness and Director of Software and Systems Integration.

A native of Greystones, Co. Wicklow in Ireland, Roche now resides in Co. Tyrone in Northern Ireland.

Ernie Roth

Senior Vice President, New Business

Roth oversees advertising sales and operations across Legacy.com's entire network of affiliates and businesses.

Roth joined the Company in 2006 from the Chicago District Golf Association, where he served as Associate Executive Director. Before that, he had been with Tribune Interactive as General Manager of ChicagoSports.com, and with the Chicago Cubs, where he was Director of Publications and Special Projects.

A native of Chicago, Roth earned a Bachelor's degree from Amherst College. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Kim Vander Velde

Senior Vice President, Sales

Vander Velde oversees all newspaper affiliate relationships for Legacy.com in North America.

Vander Velde joined Legacy.com in 2002 as Director of Newspaper Affiliates. She was promoted to Director of Sales in 2007 and to Vice President of Sales in January 2008.

She previously worked as Director of Business Development for YesMail, and as Affiliate Relations Manager for Classified Ventures.

A native of Cleveland, Vander Velde earned a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Craig Ziegler

Senior Vice President, Business Strategy and Product

Ziegler oversees Business Strategy and Product Development activities for Legacy.com, Inc.’s global businesses.

Ziegler joined the Company in 2012 as VP of Advertising Strategy and Partnerships. Prior to joining Legacy.com, he was a member of the leadership team at Accuen, Omnicom Media Group’s programmatic agency, and then with Tribune Interactive, leading both direct and indirect revenue channels across Tribune’s national portfolio of digital properties.

A native of Moline, Illinois, Ziegler earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
