I met Fred in the late 70's and taught him to repair carpet cleaning equipment in NYC.I remember a friendly, giant, skinny guy with wild, everywhere hair, who loved Jesus. A good brother in Christ whom I will miss but will see again in Heaven.

Thank you, Fred, for allowing me and my family into your life in some small way. Your generous spirit has been an inspiration to me and a priceless one to my son, Alek, who might not have become an Eagle Scout without your help.
I will miss you so much -- especially the way you would yell at Rush Limbaugh as you enhanced my home in so many ways. Though we came from different places, religions and upbringings, we shared much. I will relish your friendship always.
