Watching the show, Treme, now. Loving it! Thank You for a wonderful show. Rest peacefully.

I didn't know the talented Mr. Mills but I remember the shy, curly haired little boy and his little brother Franklin who were always around when I visited their big sister Gloria when we were students at Howard University. She was so proud of her brother and all of his accomplishments. She kept me abreast of each milestone. David's writing was so powerful, expressive and rich with emotion. Sometimes I was taken aback by my reaction to scenes and events from his shows. Gloria and Cliff, I was devastated to learn of David's death. He was so young. He will be missed. But his legacy will live on.
