Barbara Buffin

BUFFIN Barbara Sigg, 66, went to her Heavenly Home to be with the Lord on September 13, 2012. She was the wife of Cecil Buffin. She attended Ohio State University. She was a semi driver for Roberts Express. She was the daughter of the late Earl and Joan Nagel Sigg. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Buffin of Lexington; a granddaughter, Kristin Tetrick Lexington; a sister, Celeste Schrock (Jack) of Tedrow, OH; a brother, Walter Sigg (Karen) of Columbus, OH; and five nephews and five nieces. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 2:30pm at Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home, with Pastor Lohn Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Crest Cemetery. Pall Bearers will be Matt Schrock, Joe Seebold, Don Jefferies, Jan Epperson, Adam Sigg and Dr. David Smith. Honorary Bearers will be Lisa Vahl-Bartram, Janet Prewitt, Sharmin Conley and Mary Greenwell. Visitation will be on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 4-8pm at Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Bluegrass or the Alzheimer's Association. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Hospice Care Team, and a very special thanks to Jan Epperson, a special friend and caregiver.
