This man Dr. Robert Harold Schuller and his son Robert Anthony Schuller saved my Life turning my life towards God Almighty. I am indebted to him and his family. I regret I never met either one , but I sure would like to meet his son Robert Anthony Schuller and his son Bobby Schuller someday. Without The Hour of Power TV Evangelistic program, the Crystal Cathedral Ministries I would not be here. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. May our Lord Richly Bless you for Leading millions to God Almighty and His son Jesus Christ.

I surely missed you yet. No pastor can appreciate for what you have done to the many hearts and souls around the world. We talked many of times in privately and were able to give me the guidance I needed because I had cerebral palsy and it very challenging to live with and still had somewhat of a "normal" life that somehow through your possibility thinking messages gave me my dreams to turn into realities.
May God welcome you home after doing so much down here on earth.
Thanks friend,

Your good cheer, beautiful church music and outstanding Crystal Cathedral and grounds was a boon to my life when I moved to Saddleback Valley in 1982. Was privileged to go in person to the services and think of a beloved aunt in Wisconsin who would watch it there. Thank You Father in Jesus for you and those who helped you. I see your photo and think, Rejoice in the Lord always, be of good cheer and today is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!

You were such an amazing man, and preacher that brought so much love, and joy into so many lives by your powerful sermons, and love for our Lord. You brought me through one of my toughest times in my life after losing my Dad, best friend, and the use of my legs. Reading your books, along with the Hour of Power, and being a Sparrow club member to an eventual Eagle I soared with shared love of our Lord, and life. You truly are missed, and will always be remembered. My favorite books were Tough Times Never Last, but Tough People Do, and Life's Not Fair, but God is Good. They along with watching you every week brought me back from the saddest time I had ever experienced. God Bless you, and your family. I know you are rejoicing in Heaven reunited with Arvella.

You will always be in our hearts and the memories of meeting you and the privilege of you baptizing John in the Tower of Hope is one of the best days of our lives. We miss you on the Hour Of Power and are so saddened that the Crystal Cathedral is no more but nothing can erase our memories and love for you. Rest with God and Arvella Dr. Schuller and show that fantastic smile to all those in heaven.

Rev. Schuller was a wonderful teacher with a beautiful message. From 1983 to 2008 while I lived in Orange County, I attended his church and was always thrilled with the fantastic Glory of Christmas and the Glory of Easter productions. On my first visit, I asked Rev. Schuller for a hug in the receiving line after church. His hug was one of the best hugs I ever experienced. God Bless him and his family.

I pray for the Chrystal Cathedral and the Schuller family. He is truly a man of God and his warmth and caring I'm sure will be missed by all who knew him. I truly feel I've lost a family member.
My father introduced me to the Hour of Power in the 70's and I later to my husband and our children.
We would attend when we were vacationing in the area from our home in Northern California.
Our daughters loved the church and the productions we attended.
The positive message was the only way I wanted my children to experience from a religion.
I'll be forever grateful to Dr. Schuller.
I will spend the rest of my life reciting his uplifting phrases and treasure photos we took there.
I'll also pass on this faith to my now Granddaughter who I hope to also bring to Bobby Shuller church one day
God Bless his memory and his Family!

Dr. Robert H. Schuller, one of the greatest men of our time. Touching so many lives and giving people a positive message on any situation. His work will live on as he became the hero of so many, of which I am one since 1975. Dr. Schuller led me out of many dark valleys in my life. Upon Dr. Schuller's passing I realized just how deeply I loved this man. I've been thinking of him everyday since. I'm sure that Dr. Schuller and Arvella are under the loving care of God and Jesus now. My deepest condolences to the entire Schuller family. Hopefully Dr. Schuller's life will be just the first stepping stone in a long history for the Hour of Power and Shephard's Grove Church as they continue to instill Possibility Thinking throughout the world. Good luck Bobby!

I will always remember Dr, Schuller flying to Boston for the prayers breakfast before my son Jeff Keith's Run Across America in l984. He ran the first five miles to Boston Children's Hospital with Jeff.
He was a great mentor during Jeff's 3000 mile journey and ran the last five miles with Jeff to Marina Del Ray .
What an honor it was for Jeff to have a special day at the Crystal Cathedral at the conclusion of the Run - running into the church at meeting Dr, Schuller at the Altar.
I have read many of his books and watched him on Television for years.
What a orivilege to have been with him personally. He touched many lives, to include those of the Keith family. He will surely be missed.

For many years I've felt that Bob Schuller and I were like two peas from the same pod. He was a few months older than me; we both attended Christian colleges and majored in psychology. We both married Christian ladies and had world wide ministries; he by TV and me as an Air Force chaplain. I supported the Hour of Power and worshiped once in the Cathedral and many times by TV. I've missed Bob since his retirement but I am grateful for the ministry of his grandson Bobby in the Shepherd's Grove Church. RIP Bob.

Dr. Schuller was my transition from the religion of my childhood to the 'Power of Positive Thinking'- I was so comfortable with his 'brand' of the traditional service and music but absent the heavy,guilt-inducing forms of my childhood and early adulthood. I watched 'The Hour of Power from the early 1970s and attended the Crystal Cathedral several times during the year. I especially loved the Easter services, The Glory of Christmas and the 4th of July service with the raising of the huge flag in the Sanctuary and the singing of 'The Battle Hymn of the Republic. I truly hope some of these traditions will be continued by Dr. Schuller's grandson, Bobby Schuller, at Shepherd's Grove.

I am doing a live radio broadcast now @ 89.7 FM,theclassicalstation.org here in Wake Forest, NC - and just told my listeners how special it was for me to attend Sunday services at the Crystal Cathedral when I lived in Long Beach, CA for 27 years. The motivational messages, choir and great organists were always so enlightening, especially on Easter Sunday! Being surrounded by beauty in the church and around the grounds gave me such a comforting feeling and the ushers and congregation always made me feel so welcome. Dr. Schuller's sermons always touched my heart and soul and gave me so much peace in my personal life. I waited to meet him face-to-face one Sunday after a church service had ended....and when I DID, I cried tears of happiness and gratitude....and Rev. Schuller hugged me. I can still feel that hug today - so warm, loving and sincere. The ministry and Rev. Schuller's legacy will live on forever.

I cannot even begin to list the ways in which his positive thinking messages stuck with me. I used to paint & listen to him every Sunday morning.
As recently as last week, a lady I had just met and who could see I am physically handicapped, say to me, "You seem like a very positive person."
I attribute most of this to years of listening to Rev. Schuler. His legacy will live on.

Thank you to the family for sharing their father with the world. I can always count every Sunday when I put the Hour of Power on there would be an up lifting message. It was always timely for what I was facing. One Sunday I was having a time of decision where I was going to leave my marriage. That Sunday Dr Schuller was speaking on his new book. "Don't threw away tomorrow", that just hit my spirit. He said, your break through could be around the corner. Am happy to say, am still married. That book changed my life on how to see things Christ way. I visited the Crystal Catherdal in 2008, it was a dream come true. To sit in the service and be apart after watching it for so many years on TV. You will be missed Dr Robert Schuller. Thank you, for giving your life to us, the world. Love from my whole family

I wrote a message earlier, but I must say that this man's life and death have touched me profoundly. I spoke about him at an administrative hearing on Wednesday, and the next day he passed on. I ordered his book on Tuesday and have been reading it all day. There are parallels with the life of Jesus. Jesus was born in a humble stable and died the same way, but he was a man with a profound influence upon the world, as was Robert Schuller. The family can be proud of this legacy of love. When the world seems like a cold and uncaring place, keep right on shining, Dr. Schuller said, because God loves you and so do I. At that moment of doubt, know that another door will open for you. May his legacy live on in all of the hearts that he has touched. Mine is one.

I have no doubt that when Dr. Schuller finally met Jesus Christ on the morning of April 2, the Lord welcomed him with open arms and then probably showed Reverend Schuller all of the countless souls that he brought to Christ through his ministry. "Anyone can count the seeds in one apple - only God can count all of the apples in one seed..." "well done my good and faithful servant". RIP.
April 4, 2015
Reverend Schuller baptized me almost 60 years ago. He also spoke at my father's funeral and was a presence on and off during my dad's illness. I remember all of his family well from those days.
My dad was not religious in the traditional sense I don't think, but during his battle with multiple myeloma in the late 50's/early 60's he needed what Dr. Schuller was offering...a way to connect with his higher power without having to dress up and battle crowds. I'm sure it meant quite a lot to him that such a connection was possible. RIP.

Dr. Schuller was a tremendous inspiration to my dad during the late 70's and 80's. After being diagnosed with multiple myeloma, it reached the point that he and my mother could no longer make the trip from Jersey to New York to attend Marble Collegiate Church. Not having Dr. Peale's weekly inspiration, The Hour of Power filled that void. Possibility Thinking was a significant factor in my father being able to combat his illness for my than a decade, well beyond double the life expectancy of someone diagnosed at that time with that kind of cancer.
My deepest sympathies to the Schuller family. God loves you and so do I.

I knew an elderly Jewish woman who came to faith in Christ because of his ministry. It was a wonderful thing --she found comfort after becoming a widow. She would sing that song " I come to the garden alone...where the dew is still on the roses.. and the voice I hear is all so near...He walks with me and He talks with me and He tells me I am HIs own. And the joy we share as we tarry there. None other has ever known. It was a beautiful thing.
