HOBBIS, Eunice (Zeana) (nee Watson). [nbsp][nbsp][nbsp]Born 09-09-1937. Passed away on 19-11-2021. Eunice Hobbis, affectionately known as Zeana, sadly passed away suddenly on Friday 19th November 2021. Loved and respected Mother to Ian and Richard. Dearly loved sister to Lesley, and cherished Nana to Matt, Zac, Callum, Amber, Charlie, Cian, Sam and Emma. Zeana touched the lives of everyone that knew her. We will carry her in our hearts and fondest memories forever. She will now be smiling down on us all, hand in hand, with her darling Eric. A private cremation will take place, followed by a Memorial Service at Greenwood Park Retirement Village, Tauranga. Memorial Service details will be released at a later date.

From A Friend At Greenwood Park - Beloved by her family and friends, Zeana, as we knew her, enjoyed Classical Music, the Ballet and Opera. She was dedicated to keeping the village shop stocked and well-run for many years. As well as her work in the village, and known for her stylishness, Zeana was regularly called on to model at Greenwood Park fashion shows and was a familiar face at village Happy Hours and Social Events. A true Creative, many villagers have purchased Zeana´s jewellery over the years - an ever-popular stall at Greenwood Park's Annual Craft Fair. Her bubbly spirit remarkable, Zeana spent her last night among friends at the villages' recently held Indian Celebration Festival of Light & Colour. A dear friend to many, and a fixture of our village, she will be much missed!
