BUCKTON, Barry Scotney. 1926-2022. Aged 95 Years. Loving husband to Betty (nee Colthart), and partner to Una Carter. Survived by children Janet and Peter, grandchildren Kerry and Isabella. Born Takapuna, died Rotorua. A life well travelled and lived. He roamed far and wide across the North Shore as a youth - and the world as an adult. Loved and fondly remembered by his family and friends.

Mr Buckton took our class at Waimea College for physical education a long time ago. Always remember him as being pretty famous for walking on his hands. A good guy.
