Gin FONG Obituary

FONG, Gin Sun (Uncle Bob). (10/09/1923 - 01/05/2014) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family. Loved eldest son of the late Len and Han She Fong, from Canton (Guanzhou) China. Older brother of Chang, James, Johnny, Margaret (deceased), Vicki, and Barbara and John Best. Poppy to Miriama. Grandpop to Dion and Treena, great grandpop to Laykin and Sonny. Loved and sadly missed uncle of Geoff and Richard, grand uncle to Shannon and Ricky. A funeral service will be held on Sunday 4 May 2014 at 3.30pm at Manukau Memorial Gardens, Puhinui Road. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Ward 7 at Middlemore Hospital for their dedication to Pop's care. He touched the lives of all who knew him, especially the 'little fella' TJ Daniels.
