Kenneth Kendall Obituary
KENDALL, Kenneth Murray (Ken). Secular Order of St Francis (OFS), Master Bronze Sculptor, peacefully on February 27, 2012 at St Francis House. Dearly loved husband of the late Johanna Kendall and treasured partner of Helen Wilkins. Loved brother of Gretchen Fraser (Wanganui), beloved uncle of Rosalind Murray Kendall (Auckland). Great Uncle of Dayne Wright, step father of Petra and Erik Gerritsen, much loved compassionate friend and mentor to many. Ken's funeral service will be celebrated at St Patrick's Church, corner Queen Street and Russell Street, Masterton on Monday, 5 March at 1.00pm. Vigil prayers will be celebrated Sunday, 4 March at 5.30pm. All communications to P O Box 2055 Masterton 5840. In lieu of flowers, donations to Kahukura-Wairarapa Palliative Care, P O Box 96 Masterton, these may be left at the service. Messages can be left on Ken's tribute page www.tributes.co.nz. We shall always remember the time we spent with Ken and Helen in Masterton in February 2011, Ken was a dear and gentle giant of a man who certainly left his mark on this world and will no doubt do the same in the next.
