Raewyn CURTIS Obituary

CURTIS, Raewyn (nee Reader). On Friday 3 November 2017. Raewyn peacefully passed away at home in her 74 years. Loved soulmate of Ian. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Andrew and Avonleigh, Matthew and Doreen. A treasured nana of Tyler. Loved friend of Wayne, Brent, and Natalie. Sister of John and wife Trish, Eric (deceased). Grateful thanks to Dr Paul Nicholls and staff of Hobsonville Family Doctors and staff of West Auckland Hospice. The entire service for Raewyn will be held in the Main Chapel, Morrison's Funeral home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson on Wednesday 8 November at 3.00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the West Auckland Hospice would be appreciated. Until we meet again goodbye sweet heart.

CURTIS, Raewyn (nee Reader). On Friday 3 November 2017.

Raewyn, you were such a lovely person and a wonderful friend. We met at school when we were young so knew each other for over 60 years. We kept in touch meeting up from time to time even though we lived far apart mostly. I have some great memories. One is that we used to ride our bikes to Grammar school. We used to stop around the corner from the school and put our hats and gloves on before we saw the Prefect on the gate. Also, riding on a miniature train as adults and laughing our heads off. I value our friendship and will miss seeing you next time I am in Auckland. Love, Jan and Alex Alexander.
