Winifred (nee Farrell) TURNER

TURNER, Winifred (Wyn) (nee Farrell). Passed away peacefully at Hospice Whanganui on Friday 17th August 2018 in her ninetieth year. Dearly loved wife of Michael, also much loved mother of Anne and grandmother of Baylee. Will be greatly missed by her nieces Penny, and Patricia and her nephews Anthony, and Michael and their families. A private funeral for Winifred was held on Thursday 23 August. An open celebration of her life will be held in the Jane Winstone Chapel in September, further details to be advised. Michael and Anne would like to express their deep and sincere appreciation to the doctors, nurses and support staff at hospice Whanganui for their professionalism, care, love, support and kindness throughout Wyn's illness, especially during her last few days.
