He was known as "Grandpa" to all who knew him. He was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. By example, he showed us the importance of working hard and taking care of family while encouraging friendships and fun. Grandpa always enjoyed trying to cheat us on family game nights, watching his favorite sports teams. (Go Hawks! Go Seattle!), Sudoku and watching all of us grow up before his eyes. His laughter and spirit will be truly missed."
