Frederick R. Bostel
AGE: 84 • Freehold Township
Frederick R. Bostel, 84, of Freehold Twsp., passed away on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012. He was the son of Henry and Teresa, both deceased. He is survived by his wife, Florence Swick; his daughters, Patricia Cicerone, Ellen Blackmon, Teresa Papayanopolos, and Michele Rodriguez; his son, Fred and stepson, Thomas McNeill; his sisters, Elizabeth Dopple and Dorothy Wilcox. There are 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren who were his pride and joy and numerous nieces and nephews.
Fred grew up in Elizabeth where he held the position of Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department for more than 25 years. He was a Navy veteran. Fred was a parishioner of St. Catherine of Sienna parish in Farmingdale.
A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at St. Catherine of Sienna Chapel, 1 Main St., Farmingdale. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice.

Ellen, Teresa and family, My sincere condolences on the passing of your father. May the angels and saints welcome him to heaven. Remember that Jesus will wipe away those tears and replace them with memories which will become sweeter over time.
