Louise Setaro Booton

Ms. Louise Setaro Booton, 63, of Tinton Falls, passed away at Riverview Medical Center in the early morning of Dec. 3, 2013, after a three-year battle with breast cancer. She leaves behind a beautiful family whom she loved with all of her heart. Louise was born in Long Branch on March 30, 1950 to Bernard and Teresa Setaro and grew up in River Plaza before settling in Tinton Falls to raise her two beloved children. Louise attended Middletown High School and graduated from Trenton State College. She served as a teacher before getting her Masters in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She most recently worked as Director of IT at Markel Insurance Co., where she was absolutely loved by everyone.
Louise took the most pride in her family. She was a cornerstone at every celebration and holiday, loved to sing, dance and travel, and could always be seen bobbing her head to tunes with a wide smile on her face, her defining characteristic. Most importantly, she rocked at charades.
Louise is predeceased by her father, Bernard Setaro, and survived by her mother, Teresa Setaro, 85, her two children, Douglas Booton, 31, and Jennifer Booton, 26, as well as her two younger brothers, Bernard and Thomas, their loving wives, Monica and Kathy, three nieces, Lindsey, Carly and Emily, and a nephew, Nicolas. She will also be missed by an enormous extended family and many close friends.
Louise's beautiful soul, loving personality and achievements will be celebrated at a Friday night viewing from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home, 1735 Route 35, Middletown. There will be a Mass service at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, Dec. 7 at St. Anthony's of Padua Church in Red Bank, followed by a burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to
