72, of Santa Fe, NM passed away on February 13, 2013. He was born on June 29, 1940 in Letchworth England to Leslie and Minnie Green. John immigrated to California in his early 20's to work in the aerospace industry. He eventually moved to Phoenix. AZ where he worked for AirResearch/Garrett/Allied Signal/Honeywell for more than 30 years. He graduated from Arizona State University and developed more than 10 patents for high speed engine measurements during his tenure as an aerospace engineer. After his retirement, he moved to San Diego, CA and then to Santa Fe, NM where he enjoyed hiking with the Sierra Club and fishing. He also participated in Habitat for Humanity construction. His parents, brother Roland and wife Laura have predeceased him. He is survived by his daughters Rauni Marsh of Phoenix and Serena Green of New Mexico, and three grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made in John's name to the Sierra Club or Habitat for Humanity. Service has been held.
