Butler, Kenneth O.
age 94, of Buckeye, AZ passed away on January 23rd, 2014. He and his family owned and operated Butler Dairy in Phoenix and later in Buckeye. In addition to helping with the family dairy business, he was a retired school teacher having taught for over 50 years. He was a member of the Community Church of Buckeye, the Lions Club, the Elks Lodge, Odd Fellows Lodge and the Holstein Friesian Association of America. He was very active in both 4-H and scouting serving as a leader for many years in both organizations. He is survived by his two sons, Kent (Cindy) and Kenny (Cindi), 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne, his brother Waldo and his sister Beth Calhoun. A visitation is scheduled for 6:00 - 8:00 pm., on Wednesday, January 29th at the Community Church of Buckeye, 808 Eason Avenue in Buckeye. A celebration of his life is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 30th at the same location. Arrangements were made by Buckeye Funeral Home, 104 E. Baseline Rd. Buckeye, AZ 85326. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations in K.O.'s name can be sent to the Community Church of Buckeye or Grace Fellowship Academy at 1300 N. Miller Road, Buckeye, Arizona 85326
