Gragg, Marvin George
Passed away peacefully at age 91 on January 19, 2013. Marvin was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife Irene Lucille of 43 years, son Timothy, daughters Karolyn Dorsee and Barbara Kensell and predeceased daughter Cynthia, 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 step- daughters, Nancy Robins and predeceased Susan Lindsey, and their children and grandchildren. On December 31, 1982 Marvin retired from his 41- year career as Senior Director of Traffic for Greyhound Lines, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. During his career with Greyhound he held numerous supervisory positions including terminal manager of the San Francisco and San Jose, California terminals. In addition to his professional affiliations, he was a life member of the American Federation of Musicians, a California licensed real estate agent and a member of the Phoenix Elks Lodge #335. He enjoyed playing piano and was a member of St. Joseph's and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. A visitation will be held at the Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, Arizona from 9:00 -10:30 am Saturday, January 26, 2013. The burial and graveside service will follow at 11:00 am at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th St., Phoenix, Arizona (Section 731). Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Indian School Mortuary.
