Of Prescott, Arizona - Born January 18th, 1943 was called home by his Lord and Savior on December 24th 2013. Miguel Vidal grew up in the town of Chandler, Arizona. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1962 and immediately listed in the United State Army where he served as an Air Traffic Controller. He attended Arizona State University and studied to be an Industrial Arts teacher. Miguel Vidal owned and operated "Mike's Ornamental Iron and General Welding" shop in Gilbert, Arizona, for over thirty years. In the most recent years Miguel and his wife Cynthia Vidal have resided in Prescott, Arizona.Miguel was a beloved son, husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many. Miguel Vidal is survived by his wife Cynthia Vidal of Prescott, Arizona, daughter Rachelle Nunez (husband Frankie; children; Andrea, Lisiana, Adam, Michael), daughter Angie Grodecki (husband James; children; Annastacia, Bianca, Casimir), daughter Christina Gonzales (husband Tommy; children; Reanna, Saundra, Sienna), step-daughter Kelley McNaughton, son Loren Johns (wife Joni; child; Sydney); In total Miguel had eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren (Anthony, Beatrice, and David). Sisters: Evah Vidal Baez, Liz Vidal Tejeda, Jenny Vidal Salzman, Esther Vidal, Anita Vidal Rosales, Rachel Vidal Cedillo; and many nieces and nephews to include nephew Phillip Vidal Westbrooks who he also looked upon as his younger beloved brother and son. Miguel was preceded in death by his Father and Mother; Miguel and Carmen Vidal of Chandler, Arizona and brothers; Robert and Avel Vidal. Services are to be held this Saturday, December 28th at 10:30 a.m. at the Bueler Chandler Mortuary, located at 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, Arizona 85225. 480-963-6351. A "Celebration of Miguel's Life" will be announced at time of service that will follow immediately thereafter.
