A man who loved and was loved, died on Friday, December 13th after a year and half battle with MDS. Robert was born in Boston, MA on January 8th, 1951 the youngest of four and part of a family on the move - Chicago, IL, Scottsdale, AZ, Scarsdale, NY, Westport, CT and finally settling in Phoenix. During his colorful and varied career, he worked for United Bank and Arizona State University before his entrepreneurial nature took over culminating with his own construction/restoration company nearly 40 years ago. The company that he built with his wife Cheryl remains the backbone of his life experience and fueled their many other interests - notable among those interests was his passion for music. Whether producing a concert or on the road with Van Morrison, his adventures with Cheryl stretched far and wide. A quiet, generous man with a wicked, sneaky sense of humor - he was a man for this time and all time and will be missed by many. Robert is survived by his wife Cheryl, his sisters Barbara and Michele and his brother Tuck. A private memorial service is planned by the family. Robert was well cared for at the end of his life by
