of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on May 14, 2013 at the age of 59. Born in Milwaukee Wisconsin Tracey demonstrated a love for horses and art. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and shortly thereafter moved to Arizona to work for E.D. Marshall Jewelers as an Assistant Shop Manager and Manufacturing Jeweler. Years later Tracey reinvented herself and became and accomplished real estate paralegal and worked for the Maricopa County Attorney, Titus, Brueckner & Levine P.L.C., and Quarles & Brady LLP, among others. Her passion for horses was rekindled in 1985 when she bought her first Arabian mare, Natasha. Tracey became active in several horse associations most notably the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona where she was involved in the Amateur Committee and bylaws. She was a presence at Scottsdale City Council meetings where her voice was heard regarding the parks and trails to keep them horse and family friendly. She is survived by her sister Angela House, and horses, Natasha, Crystal, and Freska. A memorial bench dedication will be held on February 9, 2014 at Mescal Park, Scottsdale at 2:30pm. A gathering of family and friends will follow at 3:30pm in the Saguaro Room of the Country Inn and Suites, 89th and Shea, in Scottsdale.
