Richard was born November 23, 1937 and passed away January 10, 2014.

Richard served in the Navy after graduating from Gridley High, class of 1955. He was a welder and fabricator and worked for local businesses. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, son and grandfather. Richard was very loved and will be missed by many.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Loretta Adamcyk; brother George Adamcyk; niece Andee Hamman and nephew Lucas Yadon.

He is survived by his wife Judy Adamcyk and his children; Roxanne Judd, Richard Adamcyk Jr., John Adamcyk, George Adamcyk, stepson Mark Martin and seven grandchildren, Reva and Richard Judd; Aaron, Avery, Amanda, Vivian and Elexis Adamcyk. He is also survived by his five sisters, Nancy Perotti (Paul); Rose Kutsch (Mel); Joann Hamman (Larry); Terri McDaniel; and Reggie Hunzeker (Tim).

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 27th, 2014, 11:00 am at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery. There will be a reception to follow at the Gridley Moose Lodge.
