WAGNER, Craig Craig Wagner, 71, of Acworth passed away at his residence on January 8, 2014. A native of New Hope, PA, he was born November 9, 1942 in Doylestown, PA and was the son of Harry and Janet Large Wagner. Craig graduated from New Hope-Solebury High School and went on to attend Penn State University. He transferred to the University of Georgia his sophomore year on a Forestry scholarship where he joined the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and changed his major to Accounting. One fateful night he met the love of his life, the late Donna Lanham Wagner, and the two were married December 20, 1963. Craig graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Accounting and worked for Atlantic Steel before joining Lanham Machinery for 25 years. He went on to run a utility contracting company. Craig was a member of the Classic Chevy Club and enjoyed restoring Corvettes. He was also an active member of the Atlanta Yacht Club with the Y-Flyer fleet. Craig was elected Commodore in 1977 and served as Treasurer from 1979-2000. Later in life he participated in antique tractor pulling competitions. Survivors include his daughter Elizabeth Wagner Forsythe and her daughters Regan and Madison and her son Harrison; his son Brad Wagner and his wife Tanya and their daughters Hannah and Zoe; and his son Brian Wagner and his wife Ashley Davis and their daughter Alyssa, son Brady, and stepdaughter Taylor
