Chuck Sager March 10, 1931 - October 24, 2012 Chuck was a life long Christian and was very active in the Church of Christ. He married the love of his life, Nancy, on December 24, 1947. He bought a plumbing company in Wofford Heights in 1959 and moved his family from Calimesa, California to Lake Isabella. His company was known as Chuck's Plumbing. He was a charter member of the Kern Valley Rotary Club. He was elected Whiskey Flat Mayor in 1964. Chuck is survived by his wife of 64 years, Nancy Sager; sons, Charlie Sager Jr ( Cheryl), Dick Sager ( Louise), Mike Sager (Jill), Dennis Sager (Cher); daughters, Brenda Fritts (Chris), Shelli Sager-Anglim, and Trina Harrison (Rick); 23 Grandchildren and 33 Great-Grandchildren; A brother, Norman Sager (Margaret); a sister, Irene Davis (Milton); and numerous nieces and nephews. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. Well done, good and faithful servant. A funeral was held on October 27th. in Klamath Falls, Oregan. www.Bakersfield.com/obits
