(Pop) Kelly enriched countless lives just by being himself, and his incomparable wit and generosity of spirit will serve as enduring landmarks on a road map to a life well lived. There will be a visitation period at the Oak Crest Village Chapel, 8820 Walther Blvd., Parkville, MD at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Coordinators2inc (a Lifetime Adoption Resource, offering a full range of support services to children and families before, during, and after adoption), 8100 Three Chopt Road, Suite 101, Richmond, VA 23229; or Father Burke Scholarship Fund, (providing financial assistance for students attending St. Francis of Assisi School), c/o St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 3615 Harford Road, Baltimore, Md. 21218.
